The Theory and Applications of Instanton Calculations:

corrections/typos

Eq. 3.91: The RHS should have a factor of \omega (it should be 2A^2\omega), clearly the dimensions as it stands are not correct.  This error propagates in the equations that follow.  I was converting the analysis given in Coleman, where he put \omega=1, to having an explicit \omega dependence, thus some errors got in.

Eq. 3.93: Should be y_1(\tau)=\pm Ae^{\omega |\tau|}+B e^{-\omega|\tau|}

Eq. 3.98: Green function has the wrong sign and the coefficient in front should have a factor of 1/\omega, there should be a minus in front of the RHS, and the coefficient should be 1/(2 A^2\omega)

Eq. 3.100: Then should have a minus sign on the LHS between the first term and the second term

Eq. 3.102: Should be square root

Eq. 6.30: Should be 1/\epsilon^3 in the last term
